I got an e-mail offer from Gearsource and decided to investigate it because we were in need of some additional ColorBlasters for our inventory.  I called the company and was immediately put in contact with a "Live" salesperson who immediately took charge and begin to take care of my needs.  Not only did she perform the basic service protocol but she investigated each and every discount, issue, warranty situation and shipping and pricing question I had and had enough courtesy to call back each and every time with an answer.  The service led us to purchase the ColorBlasters at a great price and even after the purchase she continued to respond to my questions and concerns as if she was still in the sales process.  I appreciate the expert customer service, the attention to detail and the continued communication that I received from Gearsource.  Not only are the prices great but the service is excellent.  It shows that they do not consider you a one-time customer but as a continued client. I will continue to use Gearsouce for my equipment needs.

It is difficult to find an internet site that provides a connection to the large amount of used pro-sound, lighting equipment that logically, should exist. Living in the great white North (Canada) makes locating this equipment even harder. Just found your site so this observation is provided after an initial hour or so examination
