Each panel was connected to power and data in/out to test all ports. R/G/B/W test patterns were transmitted to determine LED condition, as well as a fast moving video file to test for ghosting or receiving card issues.  2. 100% led integrity is nearly impossible to maintain for a working inventory wall. For Pass/Fail, I used the “20 foot in white” criteria. If there was a noticeable issue from 20 feet away with the display set to white, such as a cluster of multiple LEDS stuck/damaged/dead, it failed.  3. QC pass conditions:  bad pixels scattered thru panel, all data/power ports functional 4. QC fail conditions: 5 or more bad (damaged/missing, stuck, dead, etc) in a cluster that is noticeable from 20 feet away with display set to white. Also any receiving card or port issues automatically fail.  Notes: 1. QC notes: the vast majority (80+ %) of the panels have 3-5 scattered bad pixels, whether that’s completely dead, one color dead, or missing. 2. The panels tagged as QC FAIL generally only have one bad/damaged module. One main board/receiving card was nonfunctional, and is tagged with this info.
